Who we are
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.
Maximum Care Team Organisation (U) Ltd was established in 2020 to respond to identified social and economic
challenges affecting children and vulnerable communities in Uganda. These challenges include poor access to
education support, childhood health conditions such as Malaria and Anaemia, malnutrition, and limited
community awareness on child protection and preventive healthcare.
The organisation was founded following community consultations and direct observations of service delivery gaps
at grassroots level, in full alignment with Uganda’s national community development priorities. Formally
incorporated on 6th May 2026 under the Companies Act No. 1 of 2012, the organisation is duly registered with
the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).
We now have 80+ Children in Bugiri District Eastern Region Uganda,

To promote child wellbeing through community- based interventions in education, health, nutrition, and child protection, implemented in partnerships with local authorities, communities, and development partners.
